SHIPPING
Order processing time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email containing the tracking information for your purchase. Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The exceptions include: lip scrub only purchases (these are shipped at a discounted rate and mailed first class) and orders over $89 that are too large to fit in a medium USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping box (these are shipped UPS ground). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we only ship in the United States. Please email us and we will alert you as soon as it is made available. Thanks for your interest!

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and packaging, we are unable to accept returns, nor issue refunds based on fragrance. We have tried to provide clear scent profiles descriptions to prevent such issues. That being said if there’s an issue with the quality of your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution. 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, let us know within five days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item/package as this helps us improve any shipping issues.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If you are pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils. As with any new products it is recommended for those who have sensitivities or allergies to first test on a small patch of skin.

Items are sold by net weight.
