This sugar scrub was created with our signature scent hotheaded hummie. It’s alluring and aromatic, an homage to the tiny feisty birds we adore watching! Bright citrusy top notes including blood orange and sweet orange are layered with bold spicy clove and black pepper, and balanced with musky amber and a hint of smoky whiskey. We hope you are captivated by it (and hummies) it as much as we are!

Sugar scrubs are wonderful 2-in-1 body treatments as they simultaneously exfoliate and nourish the skin. The organic sugars gently slough away dead surface cells while the oils ~ which were specially selected for their easy absorption ~ leave your skin moisturized, soft, and smooth. ~ 4 oz.

Directions: Bathe as normal to pre-soften skin. Scoop up a little scrub and gently massage areas that need some love. Rinse with warm water. Pay special attention to rougher areas like elbows, knees, ankles, & feet. Not intended for use on delicate areas like the face. Ingredients: organic raw cane sugar, ECOCERT verified MCT fractionated coconut oil {Cocos nucifera}, organic light brown sugar, apricot kernel oil {Prunus armeniaca}, essential oils of organic sweet orange {Citrus sinensis}, blood orange {Citrus sinensis}, clove {Syzygium aromaticum L.}, organic black pepper {Piper nigrum}, fragrance oil.

• MCT {medium-chain triglyceride} coconut oil is excellent for nourishing the skin because the shorter chain length of the caproic, caprylic, & capric fatty acids are rapidly broken down and absorbed into the body.
• Cold-pressed apricot kernel oil is very nourishing and rich ~ particularly in vitamin A, E, and oleic acid {Omega 9}. It’s high content of antioxidants like caffeic acid make it especially strong in protecting, preventing and rejuvenating all skin types.
• The rough texture of sugar granules physically exfoliate the epidermal layer and naturally inhibit bacterial growth. Regular gentle buffing removes excess dead cells revealing fresh bright skin underneath.
• Blend of therapeutic essential oils and fragrance oil. Authentic essential oils have the potential to calm, sedate, uplift, stimulate, and heal. Their individual components interact directly with the body’s chemistry which can impact systems such as the endocrine and central nervous system. The fragrance oils in this formula are phthalate free and infused with natural essential oils including cedarwood, patchouli, & birch tar.
